An early Porsche 911 is being offered for sale: It is an F-model from the 1967 production year, which was first registered in the USA on June 2 of the same year. This original „Elfer“ (nickname for the 911) with chassis number 308183 has had only three previous owners. Over the years, the Porsche has been meticulously restored to its current condition, with its history (including labor and material costs) fully documented. Additionally, an appraisal confirms that the factory-original components and the completeness of the accessory list align with the original delivery certificate. This valuation report rates the coupe at a condition grade of 1-. The vehicle already holds an H-registration (historical vehicle certification).
Separate keys for the wheel locks are available. This 911 also features matching numbers. Visually, this early model impresses with its bumpers featuring chrome bumper guards, the rear deck lid with split ventilation grilles, the original golden „Porsche“ and „911“ lettering on the rear, chrome exterior mirrors, and slim rocker panel trim strips. Additionally, this 911 is equipped with period-correct fog lights. The paintwork has been completely redone in the original factory color „Agablau“ (paint code 6608). No visible damage or significant signs of wear can be detected on the exterior, as the original-spec hood, doors, fenders, side panels, bumpers, and lighting elements have recently been overhauled and replaced with original-spec new parts where necessary. According to the seller, the 911 has not been involved in any accidents during their ownership.
Included with the car are five original 6×15-inch Kronprinz wheels with original-style hubcaps featuring the colored Porsche crest, all free from curb rash. The wheels are fitted with nearly new Vredestein tires. The original braking system has been freshly overhauled, and the original suspension has recently undergone a complete revision and meticulous calibration.
Inside, the original black artificial leather upholstery is retained, and the entire interior has been completely refurbished using original-spec materials. No defects, damage, or signs of wear can be found anywhere. Alongside the period-correct radio, the factory-original individual equipment is still present, including headrest cushions, Catacolor tinted glass, and a leather steering wheel. A spare wheel, the original jack, a complete tool roll, and an owner’s manual are also included.
The round instruments in this Porsche are framed in chrome rings, with green lettering, and the displayed mileage is 75,500 miles—equivalent to approximately 121,500 kilometers. The five factory-original green round instruments have undergone extensive revision, and all interior instruments function flawlessly.
Significant work has also been carried out on the original engine, which has a 2.0-liter displacement and, paired with a period-correct 5-speed manual transmission, delivers 130 horsepower to the rear wheels. Both the engine and transmission have been fully overhauled, as has the electrical system. The original Weber carburetors have been refurbished, and the entire heating system has been serviced.
